Hotel Arok - Strasbourg

1) Spacious room, clean modern bathroom, friendly young staff, great breakfast variety

The room was a nice size and tastefully decorated with a separate toilet and bathroom when upgraded. The hotel was in a TOP location adjacent to Christmas markets and the cathedral, the train station and old town and the main tourist attractions.

The location near the main train station made it super easy for getting around town. Staff provided a great atmosphere with their cute attitude. The complimentary coffee machine in the lobby had tasty options that I appreciated. Room cleanliness was excellent, and I found the décor quite charming. The breakfast area felt crowded during peak times, leaving me waiting for a spot to sit.

We had new-fashioned twin room with a separate toilet, the best shower, for instance. The location was unbeatable, for example, a historic quarter was within a close distance from the hotel...

i stayed here for a weekend and would come here again. the room with a separate toilet and bathroom. the decor was nice and the staff were very professional. location: the hotel was close enough to main attractions and a train station. local fast food option snak nemrut was 5 minutes walk away.

I almost thought arok was nice, but then i realized the a/c was broken and the flies in the hallway were just good. Wish they had reserved parking for my luggage, too! I guess that's just too much to ask for, huh? Could have been a good stay, but here we are, merely regular treatment after all.

The breakfast spread was extensive, with fresh pastries, hot dishes, and unlimited coffee which fueled my adventures. The art and decor throughout the hotel created such a vibrant atmosphere!

The atmosphere and design of Arok are noteworthy. Its prime location directly across from the main train station enabled easy access to transportation and local attractions.

Breakfast spread offered fresh goodies that hit the spot, especially if you need a solid start to the day. Location-wise, it's got good access to local eateries, perfect for a late-night snack run.

Standard Double Room suited for one, but felt cramped even for that. Shower pressure was disappointing, and the odd few stairs in narrow hallways were a tripping hazard when dragging luggage around. No mini fridge in the room added to the hassle, leaving me scrounging for cold water after exploring.

The breakfast was on point with fresh, tasty items that got my day started right! Plus, the complimentary coffee was a nice touch, available anytime. The hotel's proximity to killer restaurants like L'Expresso and New Chinatown made it super easy to explore the local culinary scene.

The A/C in our room was a bit of a letdown. It just didn't deliver the coolness we craved, even cranking it all the way down. And while they did change our room after being greeted by a smoke smell, the hallway flies were a tad off-putting. Still, everything else managed to shine through our little hiccups.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Spacious reception area with really good service.

I had a lovely 4-night stay as a solo traveler. The economy double room, though small, featured unique shelving which I found convenient. Opening the window for fresh air was refreshing. Don't miss out on nearby restaurants like L'Expresso for authentic local cuisine.
